Meet the Advising Staff:
Dian "Mrs. V" Vieselmeyer, Associate Dean of Students for Academic Support Services dian.vieselmeyer@cui.edu x1488
Mrs. V earned
a B.S. in elementary education and an M.A. as a reading specialist from Concordia Teachers College
in Seward, Nebraska. She has over 25 years
of teaching experience in elementary, secondary and college level
education. At CUI, Mrs. V developed the freshman program and academic
support services for college students. From 1985 to 2004 she served as
the Director of Academic Advising for over 2500 students; most of which have been at her house for dinner at least
once! In 2005, she became the Associate Dean of Students for Academic
Support Services. She currently oversees the Office of Academic Advising,
the Office of Learning Services, the Office of Servant Leadership and Civic
Involvement, and the Office of Career Development and Services.

Jennifer Meyer graduated from Concordia University, Irvine in 1995 with a B.A. in Behavioral Science: Psychology. She began as an academic advisor at Concordia University immediately following graduation. She received her M.A. in Psychology at Pepperdine University in 1997. In 1999, she moved to St. Louis, MO where she worked as an academic advisor for the St. Louis Community College district. In 2002, her family moved back to California and in 2003, she decided to return to Concordia and now serves as the Associate Director of Academic Advising. Concordia University will always be a place she can call home. She treasures the opportunity to assist students in achieving their academic goals which will provide a lifetime of opportunities!!!

Kristen Wynn
graduated from California State University,
Long Beach in
2004 with a BA in Sociology. From there
she went on to work for an afterschool program in Santa Ana, CA
working with at-risk youth. She then
decided to go to graduate school for school counseling. After numerous internships and opportunities
working with students from the elementary to college level, she completed her
M.A. in Counseling from Chapman
University in 2008. Following
graduate school she began working here at Concordia as Academic Advisor and is
loving the opportunity to work with such wonderful students!
