 Dining Services
CUI offers an array of food choices and services for students. Bon Appetit, CUI’s premiere caterer has won many awards in the food service industry for their healthy food options and home cooked favorites. They provide all the food in the main cafeteria and eagle rock, they also prepare all of our on an off campus catering needs. Students use their ID cards to purchase food.
Meal Plan Options:
Students living on campus have a wide variety of choices when it comes to meal plans. Freshmen and Athletes that live on campus are required to purchase at least a 14 meal plan, all other resident students (Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, Grads, Int'l, etc.) are required to purchase at least a 10 meal plan. Below is a quick view of what CUI offers students:
- $200 Flex Plan ($220 Flex dollars per semester)
- 5 Meal Plan (any 5 meals per week)
- 5 Flex Plan (any 5 meals per week, $55 Flex dollars per semester)
- Super 5 Flex (any 5 meals per week, $110 Flex dollars per semester)
- 10 Meal Plan (any 10 meals per week)
- 10 Flex Plan (any 10 meals per week, $110 Flex dollars per semester)
- 14 Meal Plan (any 14 meals per week)
- 14 Flex Plan (any 14 meals per week, $110 Flex dollars per semester)
- 19 Meal Plan (any 19 meals per week)
- 19 Flex Plan (any 19 meals per week, $110 Flex dollars per semester)
Students wishing to appeal this requirement must do so by September, 11 2009 (for the fall) and by February 1, 2010 (for spring). Meal plan appeal applications are available in the University Services Office (Admin 120) or download and print it out. Rates are subject to change.
