Access, Intervention, and Student Success
The Access, Intervention, and Student Success specialization within the Ed.D. in Leadership program prepares educators, administrators, counselors, and school psychologists to lead with a whole-child approach that promotes equitable learning and holistic development for all students.
Students in this specialization gain advanced knowledge and leadership skills to design, implement, and evaluate systems that support academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth. The program emphasizes inclusive and equity-minded practices that ensure every learner—regardless of background, ability, or circumstance—has access to high-quality education and meaningful opportunities for success.
