Theological Studies

My undergraduate theology major from Concordia University Irvine provided me with the tools that continually assist me in my vocation as a pastor. The theology major program at Concordia was like an intensive theological workout that seemed tough at the time, but proved to be invaluable in my seminary training, and, consequently, has made some of the responsibilities of being a pastor seem less daunting and more joyful.

I was amazed that even the professors took an active interest in me from the beginning. Not only did they teach me about the Bible, but they also guided me in my relationship with Christ. It’s not all head knowledge at Concordia…they care about your heart, too.
